How about a filter with:

   @     Sender        No
   @     Recipient     No

... in the rule?

It may be that there is a Sender: header that you can't see, in which
case you may have to use a RegEx like

   To:\s.*@.*     Kludges     No
   From:\s.*@.*   Kludges     No
