Simple question - how?

I just downloaded Hamster Classic Vr. 1.3 (Build 1.3.22.0) and I'm
totally lost... what to do with it?

If someone could give me detailed information on how to configure the
darn rodent to bring newsgroups to this Flying Mammal!, I'd be
*verrrry* happy!
