Not quite true. You can set your PGP Options/Server to automatically
access the KeyServer when you are verifying PGP signatures in which you
don't have the Public Key. PGP will automatically access the KeyServer...
find the Key in question... then present you with a dialogue box allowing
you to import the Key into your Public Key Ring.
All you have to do at this point, is hit the "Cancel" button and the
signature will be verified, but the Key will not be imported. :o)
