Oh yeah, I saw this somwhere. It's Delphi 2. I mean why?!!? I
don't know about version 5 but 4.5 was out there for a
loooooooooooong time. I wonder what made them use version 2 for
such a long time. Maybe a new vsersion would deliver faster GUI.
Let's face it, it's not so fast. On my comp it takes about 5s to
fire up the editor. Is this the case on your PCs too?
