It may be the quoting. When I use the command line functionality I
quote it differently. Try this:
"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat.exe" "/EXPORTU=aza;P=*****;F=C:\Program
Files\TheBat!\MAIL\account\1;X;O=C:\Program Files\The Bat!\MAIL\sandisandi\1"
