Angel, is "TLDNames" not a domain name service of some sort? If so, how
does that fit in with PGP and Public Keys? Do you, or your friend, want to
include a new domain name in a Public Key User ID?

I'd love to help, but to be honest with you I really don't understand the
problem. Is your friend trying to find your Public Key? If you have PGP
installed and have a Public Key, have you uploaded it to any of the Public
Key Servers, or are you talking about a privately held KeyServer?
