Well, the first requirement is for there to be messages on the server.
If you don't use the "Leave messages on the server" settings in some
way then nothing will happen.
If you have messages on the server, open the Message Dispatcher
(dispatch all messages on the server) and a window will open listing
all messages available on the server. This is done by the dispatcher
retrieving the message headers.
The Message Dispatcher gives you a number of check box options per
message which include [ ] Download and [ ] Delete. Mark the messages
you want download and/or deleted and then finally execute these
selections with the "Start Transfer" button.
