Hello fellow Bat! fans.
I have two isp accounts - bigpond.com & rivernet.com.au. My dial out
isp is rivernet. I would prefer bigpond, and in fact must use bigpond
when I travel overseas on business, as bigpond provides global roaming
through GRIC.
There is a problem however in that if I am not connected to rivernet,
all mail written in the rivernet folder will not be sent, however
bigpond does not have such a problem; ie rivernet insists that the
SMPT account be mail.rivernet.com.au; whilst bigpond will also allow
the rivernet SMTP. Rivernet will not send using bigpond as the SMTP.
For reasons stated above, and also for connection speed, I would
prefer to use bigpond. Any advice?
TIA

A lovely little thinker, but a bugger when he's pissed.
