1. ME does still boot through DOS but you can't access it like under
9x (Boot back to MS-DOS prompt).
2. For most files you can use the ME DOS box or even the Explorer
(just takes longer).
3. With a bootable floppy you can use any DOS you want.
4. With Win95 the old File Manager from 3.1 days was included. If this
is still in ME, you can use that, too.
