You have to manually tell TB! to use the name associated with the From
address in the address book.
Instead of using %FromFName in your template greeting or introduction,
use: %ABofromHANDLE="%ABofromFIRSTNAME=""%OFROMFNAME"""
What that macro will do is look in the address book entry that matches the
e-mail address to which you're replying and use the handle/nick name. If
there's no handle, then it will choose the First Name. If there's no first
name, then it will use the first name from the original message headers,
which will be, in the case of messages without a From Name, the string
before '@' in the e-mail address.
