there is a 'plugin'. did you install GnuPG as described in the README-W32.TXT ?
and in TB! select GPG under 'tools', 'OpenPGP', 'Choose OpenPGP version' ?? if you did
that, TB! should find GPG.

it's built-in in thebat.exe by calling gpg.exe with command-line options.

depends on what you want. it's small and the author supports it well. support from TB!
