It depends on what kind of proxy you have. And if the proxy will allow
those ports thru. For example, if you're behind a Microsoft proxy
server, you will need a proxy client to allow you to punch thru the
proxy.
Bottom line, it depends on the policy being enforced at the proxy. Talk
to the admin running it. hth.
