Hmmm? Well, I synchronize my Computer time with the Atomic Clock, and I
show the original message creation time as 1:46 PM and received at 1:53 PM

You show the message not being received until 2:39 PM which is only 7
minutes short of an hour past when I show it created. You mentioned that
the creation time is Ok, so that kind of time lag has to show up
somewhere. Take a look at the Headers and see if you can determine which
Server was responsible for the delay?
