You could use Colour groups for that. Simply create a colour group and
assign a particular message to that group. Then if you want to see al
the threads with messages in it with a particular colour group, you
can use 'advanced filtering'. You can do that with 'View | Display |
Advanced filtering | Colour group is ... Then TB! will only show the
threads witch are assigned to that colour group.
