As you already use a Beta, try upgrading to RC/5, it's able to
copy/paste FILTER RULES *YEAH* ;-)

For all others, not using Beta since you need a stable product for
daily work: It's not worth upgrading to this Beta only for copy/paste
filters, as it's already a ReleaseCandidate so next final ain't THIS
far away and we should avoid annoying "*uhhh* this beta killed my
message base" in the (improbably) case of a yet unknown bug in actual
Beta-series :-)
