It's getting that way, isn't it. It's quiet here for now, and we're
talking about 8 bit headers - a setting that affects all non-English
users to a great extent and English users that receive messages from
non-English users. My edict is that the discussion has relevance and
should continue here. I've tidied up the Subject and suggest that
replies to this thread mimic the change I have made.
Please keep quoting and "me too" responses to a minimum.
