Yes, TB! will send large attachments. Using Winzip to compress the PDF
file before sending would help save a lot on size to transfer. If the
recipient can't handle the zipped archive then she'll just have to send it
as is.

TB! has no problem with sending multiple megabyte attachments. However,
you have to ensure that the recipient has a POP account large enough to
accept the attachment you wish to send. Also, some ISP's place a limit on
the size message that their SMTP server will accept for transfer. I'm
quite sure this isn't 250KB though. :-)

If you need to send the file in chunks you can get a freeware file
splitter and split the file up in increments or you could use Winzip to
create incremented archives (I'm not absolutely sure that Winzip will do
this since I use 'WinRAR'). I doubt that you'll have to resort to this
though. About what size attachment are we dealing with here?
