Check:
Options\Preferences
Display Connection Center Automatically
Always
Hide
If this is set to Always or Automatically, you should see it. Possibly
it is off the screen? Does it show up on the Start bar when DL mail?
Yes, right click\Move, then use the arrow keys to move it.
