Hey TBUDL, I frequently can't let TB finish getting mail in a couple of accounts, so before the CC, I would hit cancel, and answer yes - let the current msg come in. That way TB deletes the messages it did have a chance to get. Doing the same in the CC by hitting the "Abort" button brings up the question for each account that is still getting mail. The thing I find odd is the pop-up is exactly the same for each account! Can't tell which account I am answering the question for... This is an issue if it is the first message coming down for the account, and it has a very large attachment.
