Something was troubling me all the time: You always wrote of an AB
called "Intermediate". Well, there is an "Intermediate" pre-configured
in TB!, the AB for Intermediate Certificates (for S/MIME purposes).

Is that the same as your "Intermediate", or is it just coincidence
that one of your AB's is called such?

I can't test your problem according to my supposition because I
deleted the certificate's AB's some time ago, as I don't need them.
