The TB! search function (F7) permits a search for something
(name.gif) "anywhere". I would think that should pull it up for
you. Once you've found the file you can save the attachment to
your desktop (for ex) by putting your cursor on the attachment &
using the enter key. Then it becomes available to you for
attachment to whomever else you want to send it to.
