Hi Charlie,

It's not a "global" question - just answer "yes" and it will let you
move just *that* message and ask you again next time you try.

Another way is to click on the hourglass icon to remove it then press
delete. There is the snag here if you use combined send/receive and
periodical checking. A periodical check may occur between removing the
"draft" flag and hitting delete. You have to be pretty unlucky for
that to happen though.
