Hope so, my ISP is one of COM Provider of Indonesia's ISP, it
continuos upgrade his bandwith and routing table. I notice upgrading
the bandwith and adding more routing (to other town/city) sometimes
make Routing Problem.

There are 2 reason :
1. My Antivirus which use Winsock Socket Layer sometimes truncated
the header (I have remove it last Saturday, after I found the
   problem).

2. I am using Postfix as main Relayer of this list. I found that for
certain case (i.e if the subject going long or in Digest Format
with long subject) PostFix truncate the header, so the header
comes to the body of message.

I have ask my friend who knows much better Postfix than me, but
we can not found the solution yet (I have posting this kind of
problem on MDaemon Beta List too, but Arvel not have the answer
   in short).

I notice this problem only arise if I was using PostFix
or SendMail or Recipient use PostFix or SendMail. I prepare to
change Postfix to Exim (I am sure Qmail not making such
problem, because I have test it, but for other reason I will not
   implement Qmail) in short.
