I  am  not  sure if TB allows you to capture text from the message body. A feature I 
would
like to see.

Not   a  fully  automated work around would be to set a filter to reply (with the 
template
as  desired)  and  cut  &  paste the necessary fields. Ensure that messages are put in 
the
outbox  and  not 'sent immediately'. After which the same would need to be edited and 
then
sent.

This is possible - select the filter to apply for read messages, ideally after moving 
them
to a different folder.
