Yes. You have to use selective download filters instead of incoming
mail filters. When you use incoming mail filters TB! still downloads
the messages, and when you use selective download filters TB! first
downloads the headers and then runs the filters.
But beware with selective download filters: when you incorrectly
configure the filters you may miss important mail. And the downloading
of the messages will take longer.
