I don't doubt your word but, as you can see, I am running an almost
identical setup as you are w/o ever confronting this particular
situation.
I can tell you that I found some gen'l conflicts with a macro
program I used to run in background (this was with Frontpage --
very strange). But I did find conflicts between ICQ Hot Keys & TB!
so I disabled the ICQ HotKeys.
Perhaps a set of keys from another program is causing this
reaction.
Just something else to consider.
