No.
But the logs also can reflect the communication between your PC to the
server.

It depends on your TB!, it's use his own setting or get from
PC/Windows setting.

Don't know for sure, either my PC and TB! use 4-digit here. I am not
aware if TB! having clock/date setting, do you ?
