Yes. Use the following macro:

%ABofromFIRSTNAME="%OFROMFNAME"

If the recipient is in the address book, then the address book name
will be used. If you wish to use the nickname first then use this:

%ABofromHANDLE="%ABofromFIRSTNAME='%OFROMFNAME'"
