>From where I'm sitting no QT adds the '-- ' without including it as
hard coded text. The %ISSIGNATURE only tells TB to replace the text
below the cut mark with the QT content. It doesn't tell TB to add a
cut mark. If you're getting a cut mark from a QT then it is in the
text somewhere - perhaps in the calling template.
