It has nothing to do with Outlook, it's the way EVERY single other program out there
does it.
It's only slightly better than tagging -reply onto the END of the Subject, like some
other program did a little bit ago

Well you could always turn it on if you wanted it, but for new users, it's not good
for the reason that:

And it breaks sorting for other folks who aren't using TB
And then you get "Re: Re[2] whatever"

But when someone else replied to a numbered Re: then you get multiples.

Be that as it may, and I'm not debating it at all, changing the Reply string is not
good for cooperating with other mailers.
