Hi Kevin,
On Mon, 17 Sep 2001 11:38:55 -0400, you thoughtfully wrote the
following:
...

KC> "c:\program files\thebat". Is there an easy way to do this so I

To do this you'd need to do some registry editing. Not that bad since
you can see what you're doing. :-)
o Shutdown TB!
o Start the registry editor by going to the run command and typing
regedit.exe
o Go to HKey_Current_User
->Software
->RIT
->The Bat
o Select the key 'The Bat!' by selecting the 'folder' labelled 'The
Bat!'. Go to the Registry menu and select 'Export Registry File'.
Save the key to the desktop or wherever you wish. This is your
insurance in case things don't go well. :-)
o Go back to the registry and in the listed entries for The Bat!,
find the following and make the change to reflect the new path:
Address Book File
EXE Path
Working Directory
Double click on the entry to edit it.
o When finished, exit the registry and then move the TB!
installation to the location you wish to.
Restart TB! and you should be fine. If not, close down TB!, move it
back to where it was originally and restore the old registry settings
by simply double clicking on the backup registry file you created. I
doubt you'd need to do this however.
