It depends on the syntax you have used for 'or'. "Presence = yes"
doesn't apply to "Selective Download" filters so it's difficult to
tell what you've done from the description.
Signal strings:
email addy
person's name
Action: Kill
Detection method: Any string match.
That's what would make sense. Is that what you have?
