Values currently showing are:
"Top" 0x0000003b (59)
"Left" 0x00000139 (313)
Interestinly if I select the "always" preference from Options >
Preferences > General > Display MailTicker, I get the permanently
displayed a static Ticker ok =:/
It is only the "automatic" preference that is refusing to play ball.
