TB already has a "stop" on allowing you to open double-extension
files.
If you really need to, you can pick up the filename using a filter to
pick up the double extension attachment in the message headers and use
regular expressions if you need to dig it out of the text of the
message using something like:
'Content-Type: .* name=".*\....\...."'
