This is indeed a good book if you really are serious about learning
regular expressions.
GE> If you mean the syntax of using regexes in TB (all this stuff with
GE> Subpattern and so on) there is a really good explanation in the

GE> If by chance you can't, there is a chance to look for examples in the

Yes, TBTECH was started for those discussions that may bore most of
the TBUDL subscribers with the technical topics. The subject of
Regular Expressions certainly fall within this category.
It's sort of being underutilized at present with a total of just over
1000 messages posted there since it's creation in January of this
year. There are quite a few discussions that occur here that would be
better suited there but are usually too short-lived to warrant a
recommendation to move it over to TBTECH.
TBTECH was created in an effort to stratify the list traffic so that
users of the list don't have to be subjected to an all or none type of
list discussion traffic, meaning you either get all the traffic
(technical and non-technical matters) or none at all. Users who wish
to use TB! as a personal client with average/standard queries can
subscribe to TBUDL while those with technical needs subscribe to
TBTECH. Those who wish to subscribe to both lists are perfectly free
to do so since this isn't intended to segregate users. There are many
who subscribe to both lists so the TBUDL subscribers need not worry
that there borderline technical queries will not be promptly answered.
:-))
To subscribe to TBTECH ....
