I don't. More than 128 MB are likely to slow down the system because
the management will take longer. this will dependent in part on your
hard drives speed and more so on your processor.

BTW, with 128 MB RAM you won't need more than 128 virtual memory - so
"twice as much" holds just up to 64 MB. This does *not* apply to
programmes which use their own virtual memory like PhotoPaint,
CorelDraw, Photoshop or CoolEdit!
