The generated message? I don't know for sure, but as a generated message
automatically goes to 'Outbox' I don't think so. I only can imagine of setting
'%ACCOUNT=""' in template to have it moved to Outbox of an account that's
(e.g. with 'false' SMTP-setting) not able to send (so called 'dummy-account')
and therefor the message does not get sent until you move it to a Outbox of an
active account.
