AFAIK, no... There is no way to add a button on the Toolbars... if that
was what you meant. The Plugins, as Melissa mentioned, do give you
access to PGP via the Toolbar Sub-Menus such as Tools/OpenPGP on the
main Toolbar, and Privacy/OpenPGP on the Editor Toolbar.

Of course you can always use PGPTray and/or GnuPGTray (from GnuPGShell)
which allows you to use either Program with most any Mail and News
Program. :o)
