As others have stated, it doesn't work because the time format is
wrong.  As I mentioned in another part of this thread, the current
beta series offers a solution.  If you're uncomfortable using a beta
product, I had developed a series of regular expressions that did the
same job.  The regular expressions were developed in mid-January.
Unfortunately, I don't remember on which list as I've lost my archives
from that time.
