Do you have access restrictions for your NTFS partitions in Win2k? That
could prevent you from opening the file locations in WinXP.

Try giving access rights to "everybody" and see if that fixes your
problem. BTW, I had a similar problem some time ago, when after a fresh
install of Win2k the user ID's changed and suddenly I couldn't get TB!
to find the mail directory.
