I  guess  what you want to do is to ensure that the URL opens Opera instead of IE. 
While I
am  not  sure of the exact location... If you look into preferences or option in the 
Opera
menu  and  make  Opera  your  default  browser  then next time you click on any URL in 
any
application  Opera  should open the same. Also remember that if you happen to open IE 
then
it  may  prompt  you  to make it the default browser and if you do so then you are 
back to
square A.
