write a Quick Template named 'att'. After you have written your mail
you can insert the list by typing "att" and pressing
<Control>+<Space>.

Your Quick Template could look like:

%IF:"%ATTACHMENTS"!="<none>":"Attached files:
<%ATTACHMENTS>"
