Hello jan, An archeological dig discovered that on Saturday, November 3, 2001 at 09:23 GMT -0500, [EMAIL PROTECTED] [J] typed the following:
J> I created an incoming filter in the Dialup account which J> transfers everything from the Dialup Inbox to the Cable J> Inbox (to be filtered appropriately). J> There it sits unless I run the filters manually. (I have J> assigned a hot-key combo) J> Q: Is there a way to automate what I now do manually? Unfortunately, it isn't straightforward. If you want to stay within TB only, you can recreate your filters in the Dialup account to move them directly to the Cable account's folders. You could also use the redirect feature to move them to your Cable Inbox, but that destroys some of the header information. The third option is to get an external program that can collect and combine the mail from the two mailboxes before feeding it to TB. I seem to recall others mentioning Hamster for this task. -- Thanks for writing, Januk Aggarwal Using The Bat! 1.54/10 under Windows 98 4.10 Build 2222 A This sentence lets you know this page was not a mistake. -- ________________________________________________________ Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Vers: 1.53d FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com
