Have you had a look at the CC? Sometimes it does not delete its
already done jobs. And that would block any further request.
I sometimes see that because the CC does not - although it should -
hang up my dial-up connection. When I then look at it I find the tasks
still shown ("finished" nevertheless); I have to delete them manually,
then everything works correctly.
