OK, so you have succeeded in importing it as an HTML message. Set TB so that I does not automitically display HTML: Options / Preferences / General / [ ] Display HTML... needs to be unticked. When you now look at the message, you find the message text in the preview pane, and an HTML attachment. Richt-click on the attachment, and choose "Delete".
