Have you checked the Registry? Could it be there are some leftover?
You mentioned you had the Program on D: before.
An other thing you could observe is, at what moment this msg comes up.
What have you done just a second before? If it occurs only when doing
something with *one Account only*, then you have probably a setup
wrong for *this account only*.
