To address people the %ABnnnPPP comes in. With this I can define a
field from the AB entry to use for addressing:
Hello Tom!
If I take the Handle field (called confusingly "Nickname") I can use
"Tom" only for one entry. The others I have to address:
Hello Thomas!
taking the name from the First Name field.
If I put the nickname "Tom" into the Memo field I an address all of
them correctly:
Hello Tom!
