With this template, when I hit "Reply To All" there isn't any specific name
mentioned, which would name the person who sent it to ME *only*, instead
of everyone.

Otherwise, when replying to one specific individual, and not "ALL",
your template:
On %ODateEn, %OTimeLongEn, %OFromFName wrote:
would suffice.

If I am completely off base here, forgive me... I'm just responding
per my comprehension of what was written...although I may have
misunderstood it.. in which case I apologize :)
