Each account can be set to collect mail at a user defined interval.
However, this interval check will be adhered to once TB! is running.
You cannot have it only check when the user is logged in.
Why is it that you don't wish for mail checking for their accounts to
occur unless they're logged into their accounts?

Why not just change the default account name to 'rick'.
