That is absolutely correct. I have it set to check every 15 minutes, and upon opening the program. Both boxes are checked, and both have been checked for ages. I never play around with it. Seems to check every 15 minutes like clockwork. My only problem, which is new behavior, is that it will not check when I open it and no connection is present. It will establish the connection, but not use it to poll the server or download. Have to do that manually, which is new.
